Hi I am only a member like you, but used to specialize in hovercrafts and hydrofoils. glad to see new people interested and also the fact of you being female. When I first started working on hovercrafts there was only about two female engineers and twelve technicians in the entire US navy. Right now there are only about 400 out there, well they graduated training unfortunately most of them changed rates after having children.

Changing subject. Are you studying hovercrafts or are you an admirer of the work this company deals with. I like there features but they also lack much in stabilization and ait drift controls. But since I am a specialist in this field, I expect them to figure it out on their own.

I've met both on here. Many are just curious about hovercrafts. While alot are loyal consumers of these products. But there are a few of us who specialize in hovercrafts. We look at everything about ALL products and give advice about designs and features. I liked this site because they were so detailed on their safety outlines. It caught my eye since I used to be a consultant way back when and had to survey search and rescue vehicles for many types of situations.

OK, I must be boring. I just wanted to say welcome to the club. the people are friendly and many are passionate about these crafts. If you have questions or comments feel free to ask. They also take critism pretty well. I hope you find this forum helpful in the future. Many of us don't mind poor gramar, or bad english. As long as the focus point of your question is understandible. If you have a hard time finding the proper english words or sentence structure, then give an example so we can have an idea of what you are trying to put into word.
